Questions
Before you ask
How long does a new PAN or a correction take?
Once the application and proofs are uploaded, the acknowledgement is immediate; the PAN itself is typically issued within 1–2 weeks by UTIITSL / Protean, and the physical card follows by post.
My name on PAN does not match Aadhaar — what do I file?
That is a correction (CR-01/CSF), not a new PAN. We match the PAN record to Aadhaar so that linking and e-verification work afterwards.
Do I need to visit the office?
No. Photos of your documents on WhatsApp are enough for us to prepare the form; you sign the data sheet and we upload everything.
