Questions
Before you ask
Which registrations does a new business actually need?
It depends on the entity, the state and the activity. We work through the list — PAN, TAN, Udyam, GST, Shop & Establishment / Gumasta, FSSAI if food is involved — and file only what applies.
Is FSSAI filed on FoSCoS?
Yes. FSSAI applications go through the official FoSCoS portal; we prepare the premises photos and declarations it asks for.
What is a turnover or net-worth certificate for?
Tenders, bank loans and some visa applications ask for a CA-certified figure. We issue it from your books or bank records.
